Warsaw Adult Dating Story
The following is a true event as related to me by a girl I will call "Jen." All aspects of this story are true, except for the names and places, which have been changed to protect the people involved.
Before I start, let me briefly describe my friend Jen: She was 24 at the time of the story. Jen was reading the want ads searching for a new job. Her previous job at the phone company was good, but only temporary. She wanted to find something similiar that would last. "Massage Assistant. F/T. Good salary. No experience necessary. Will train. Seeking motivated individual who is looking for a new career. Benefits include free training to become a licenced masseuse. Light reception work also required. Call 555-5555."
Jen became excited at the prospect of learning a trade that could allow her to create her own hours, leaving her time open for her child. The fact that this job might actually pay her while she learned the trade was amazing. She was also interested in massage, as she had taken a preliminary class in the past. Besides, all of her ex boyfriends said she had great massage skills. Jen called the phone number and set an interview appointment for the following week.
Jen arrived at the address she was given about 10 minutes early. Her appointment had been set for 8pm because the person who was conducting the interview said he was working until that time. Jen found herself in a small office with a small waitingroom capable of seating about 6 people. There was no one at the reception desk. Slightly concerned that she had gone to the wrong place, she sat down and waited. In a few minutes a man in his mid thirtys entered the room from a door behind the front desk. He introduced himself as John and asked Jen if she was there for the 8pm interview. When she said she was, he apologized for the empty reception area, explaining that Jen was there, in part, to interview for that position.
John brought Jen down a hallway with a few doors on each side. He opened a couple of them to show her that these were massage rooms. They were all very simple, with a massage table, some lotions on a table, a small radio, etc. At the end of the hallway was an office, which John said was his private space where he do his paperwork and such.
As Jen sat down opposite John's desk she noticed him looking her over. He commented that she was very attractive, which he said would sometimes be helpful when she worked at the front desk. He said he preferred a professional appearance, which Jen met nicely. She was happy that she had chosen her apparrel well. She was wearing a black skirt which came to her knees, and a nice white botton up blouse.
John went on to explain the basics of the job. He said that half of the work would entail Jen working the reception desk, making appointments, greeting clients, etc. The other half would involve her helping John with his clients in a more direct way. She would escort them to their room and provide them with towels or a robe, adjust their music on the radio, tell them how long their wait would be, and clean up the room after the massage was complete.
Before long, John explained that Jen's training as a masseuse would also begin. John would train her in the basics and offer her services to some of his clients at a discounted rate because she was not licenced. He told Jen that his office sometimes got very busy as he was the only masseuse there. He did not want to hire a licenced massuese for fear of giving away too much of his business and money to the new employee. He decided on the idea of cross training the new receptionist because it was a way of offering a good salary (if you included the free training) without bringing in competition. When Jen's training was over, in about 2 years, they could either discuss her staying on with his office, or she could move on.
Jen was very excited about the prospects of the job. She expressed that she was very interested and hoped that John would consider her for the position. John told her that he normally conducted a two part interview with his prospective employees. The first covered what they had already discussed. The second was a call back for those applicants that John felt he might want to hire. Normally, he would interview all the applicants first before arranging any call backs. However, he liked Jen and told her she was the best person for the job that he had interviewed so far.
Noticing Jen's excitement, John asked, "If its alright with you, we can go on to the second part of the interview right now. I wouldn't want to lose you to another job opening just because I let you leave before finishing the screening process."
"Sure!" Jen exclaimed. "Like I said, I'm really interested. I mean, the pay is good and would allow me to at least cover my expenses. And the training you'll provide can give me a new direction to go in once I complete it. I've been looking for a job that allows me to work and go back to school. This job would do both."
"Great," John said, "the first part of the interview was to evaluate your people skills, how you present yourself, how you speak, that sort of thing. Those qualities are evaluated because of your involvment with the reception desk. The second part is designed to evaluate your potential as an assistant massuese, as well as the potential you might have to achieve your licence. Your people skills will be important while you are doing your assistant work as well. Proper client relations is extremely important in this business. An unhappy client never comes back."
John then lead Jen down the hall to one of the massage rooms. He showed her around, and named some of the lotions and oils on the counter. He also showed her the proper way to clean the tables after they were used. He then asked her to step out into the hall with him, and pretend he was a client. She was to bring him into the room and tell him what to do and expect. Jen went through the motions, and John commented that she did it well. He then quized her on what he previously told her about the lotions. She nevously ran off what she could remember. As she did so, she noticed that John was looking at her more intensly. It made her a bit flustered, but it wasn't anything she could handle. He told her that she had done well with the information he had given her, and he was impressed with her presentation. He then brought her back down the hallway and into his office.
With that, John took a massage table that was folded up in the corner and opened it out in the middle of the room. Jen was not sure why he was doing this, but she figured he might quiz her on how to open it or something, so she watched carefully. She really wanted this job, and was not going to make a careless mistake.
"Jen, you've done very well so far." John started. "I'm impressed. I actually think you not only could do the job, but you might become an asset. However, we still have to cover some ground to see how you'd do in an actual work situation. I'd like to get an idea of your basic massage skills to see what I will be working with. Is that ok with you?"
"Well," Jen was a bit confused, "How are you going to do that? I mean, I think I probably have some skills, but I'm not sure how to explain them."
"I'd like to have you show me how you'd massage someone just based on what you know now. I'll get on the table and you can use me as a 'test dummy.' How's that?"
"Ummm..." Jen was a little thrown off by this part of the interview.
"I really think you might fit in here, but I do need to know a bit about your practical abilities. Are you up for it?" John looked at her with a casual smile. He tried to make her feel at ease. Apparently it worked, because Jen agreed. John then removed his shirt and got on the table, face down. Jen began her massage, rubbing his shoulders and back. After about five minutes, John sat up.
"OK, you're doing fairly well. I'm not too sure of your strength though. You have a very gentle touch, but you need to be able to work the muscles too." John looked her over again. "Here, let me show you. Lets switch for a minute and see if you can pick this up..."
John hopped off the table and motioned for Jen to hop on. A bit confused, she simply nodded her head and said, "OK." She got on the table and layed down.
"Umm...Jen..." John said, "I can't exactly massage the oil into your blouse! The oil is always a necessary part of the massage. I'll need you to remove the blouse so I can show you what I was saying before."
Jen became concerned. She just stared at him. What should she do? She wanted this job. John seemed like a nice, and more importantly, a professional guy. He must be trying to show her the job. Yes, that had to be it. She had been on the interview for over 45 minutes. She had to be close to nailing the position. John was just trying to make the proper choice.
"Don't worry," John said. "You just need to take off the blouse. You can leave your bra on. If you work here, we're going to be coworkers and friends. You'll see that this is a very professional environment. Much like a doctor's office."
Jen felt better and removed her blouse. She had been wearing a non-lace bra, so she knew he couldn't see much anyway. Jen hopped on the table as John reached for the oil.
"I'll just need to unsnap this." John said as he unhooked Jen's bra. "I don't want to get oil on the strap."
Jen almost gasped a bit as he first reached for the strap, but she realized what he said made sense. She was laying on her belly anyway. Nothing was exposed. "Hello?" John chirped, "Are you still with me?"

You can find this same oil in room one, right behind the reception desk at the other end of the hall."
Jen tried to shake the sleep from her head and went in search of the bottle. When she got into the massage room, she noticed herself in a mirror. "Oh Shit" she thought. "I'm still only wearing my bra!" She half giggled, half scolded herself. She re clipped the strap and then found the oil.
"Found it!" Jen proclaimed as she entered John's office. She immediately noticed that John was laying face down on the table with a towel draped across his butt.
"Good" John said, "Lets see what you learned."
Jen just stared at John, not knowing what to say. He seemed to notice this and said, "This is how you will usually see a client in the room. Its best that you get used to it. Its really no big deal. "Well, no, its just that..." She began.
"Oh come on." John quipped. "Don't get all wishy washy on me now. You've been doing so well. I've been thinking I might not even have to finish the other interviews I've scheduled this week."
"Really?" Jen was thrilled. She thought she almost had the job nailed. She stepped over and pour some oil into her hands and began massaging John's back. 'This really isn't so bad' she thought. 'Everything's covered. He's cool and professional, and he's already teaching me stuff.'

Jen listened to John explain things. In one respect he seemed to be making sence. In another, she didn't even hear him. Things were blurring from one moment to the next. Damn she wanted this job. Things would be good when she was working, and learning.
